The Intelligent Practice
Dear valued client:
I want to thank our many clients and partners who attended the fifth annual AdvancedMD user conference, Evo17, in Nashville, Tennessee. Evo17 was tremendously successful. The theme of the five-day event focused on integrated patient-physician workflow for the independent practice. Here’s a recap of the fascinating topics discussed and presented.
AdvancedMD achieved a major milestone of passing the $100M revenue run rate mark. Only .04% of all companies in the U.S. reach this milestone. We are very proud of this achievement and realize we couldn’t have achieved this major milestone without you; more than 26,000 clients among 8,600 practices and 600 medical billing companies. Thank you for your loyalty and support.
We realize that even in a technology-enabled practice, you wear many hats; however, Evo17 gave us a chance to celebrate our successes and learn how to overcome our challenges. We were excited to hear how AdvancedMD makes your life easier, improves your patient experience and helps your practice grow and earn unprecedented levels of revenue. See why we’ve got your back.
We had an opportunity to hear some amazing firsthand stories from practices impacted by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. See how Dr. Nichole Tomjanovich, Dr. Daisy Arco and Lee Sandlin, CEO, managed to operate in the face of major challenges.
To continue the Evo tradition of providing meaningful service to a wonderful cause, this year AdvancedMD Cares hosted a blanket drive for three local organizations that serve the Nashville community. Attendees were able to tie more than 600 quilts that were donated during Evo.
The expanded EvoExpert Hall was buzzing with excitement and learning from sunup to sundown. We offered clients free, unlimited one-on-one time with support, implementation and product experts, to deepen and strengthen their AdvancedMD knowledge, specific to their individual needs.
Many clients expressed their appreciation for the NEST online community, a place where you can search everything from help files and release guides, to the video training library, eGuides and blogs to help you practice better. NEST allows you to share your feedback and ideas, see what’s on our roadmap, and ask questions from AdvancedMD experts and other users in practices just like yours. See what clients are saying.
We heard from Dennis Snow, a former Disney cast member (employee) and remarkable keynote speaker. Dennis shared his passion for delivering continual world-class experiences to our clients and employees, stressing the importance of creating little moments of ‘wow’ and viewing the patient experience through their eyes.
Everyone enjoyed a wonderful performance from country music legend, Lonestar, who played many hits, including “Amazed” and “Already There” and a fun and educational tour of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.
Many thanks to our valuable Evo sponsors for their support and commitment to the independent practice. Practices were introduced to more than a dozen of our partners, and found new integrated solutions for nearly every area in their practice. Our marketplace has now reached more than 60 partners. Check out our marketplace partners.
Ultimately, Evo gave everyone an opportunity to network, increase knowledge of our entire suite of technologies, earn CEU credits, learn about marketplace partnerships, hear valuable feedback and have some fun. We thank you for making the commitment to be part of a community of independent providers, with the aim of using integrated workflow and personalized service to ensure the health of your patients and practice. It was truly a successful event. Enjoy this fun video summarizing Evo17.
With the tremendous success of Evo17, we’ve decided to expand our ability to provide this valuable resource to more people within your practice. Stay tuned for regional AdvancedMD user groups for 2018.
As always, thank you for your continued business and support. Contact us with questions or suggestions. Don’t forget to share this newsletter with your colleagues.
