We have added additional functionality to the reminder card reports. You now have the capability to default different addresses within the report. The new system default allows you to setup your reminder card and letter with a blank, provider, group, practice or facility address. The default is provider.
If you have multiple facilities within your practice, this assists your patients to know which location they should go to for their appointment.
Within system defaults, choose Appointments, then Reminder Card Address to update your reminder card and letter.
