To improve the batch and on-demand eligibility checks, you can now enter carrier portal authentication credentials in AdvancedPM. You will need to set up carrier portal credentials in the Carriers Master File.
- Go to Master Files | Carriers
- Select a Carrier
- In the Portal User Name text box, enter the carrier’s portal user name. Note: If the username or password is incorrect, you will receive a message asking you to re-enter them
- Enter the password is the Portal Password field, and confirm it
- Click Save
If the above steps are not taken, you will receive an error when checking eligibility coming back from the payor.
