We’ve created a Manage Services link on the website Support Corner page www.support.advancedmd.com to allow our clients to more easily request changes for their offices including addition/updates/removal of providers/features/training! This is just one more way we’re allowing clients the ability to request services and interact with AdvancedMD at their convenience.
The client admin will have the ability to submit a request to create a case that is attached to the client’s record and gets routed to the appropriate team – Client Experience, Relationship Manager or Sales.

As a client clicks on a request, they will be asked additional questions to streamline their request.

Please direct clients to the Manage Services button located at the top of the Support page atwww.support.advancedmd.com to use this new feature immediately. It will be much easier for clients to submit requests, ensure it gets routed to the correct team, and track timelines with this new functionality.
