Real-Time Claims Status
Many of the carriers are contracted with Relay Health for a batch only claims status. Our clients will receive a verified claims status in batch mode. System Default and Carrier setting by days will trigger a claims status to go in a nightly batch process. Clients can request a demand status on a batch carrier and will receive a confirmation message.
