When I was younger and collected baseball cards, my friends and I would always look at the back of the cards and compare stats over time for different players. These stats would reveal each player’s strengths and weaknesses and where they needed to improve.

Working with AdvancedMD users over the past five years, it became clear that our clients would similarly benefit from this same type of back-of-the-baseball-card view for patients. In addition to the advanced reporting and analytics offered by AdvancedMD, we provide the “Patient Lifetime Profiler,” which allows our clients to easily understand the behaviors, activity, and history of its patients. When was the first date of service and the last date of service; which patients have not been seen in the last 90 days; which patients have the highest visit regularity; and that is just the tip of the iceberg.

Our clients have told us that they love this, it saves them hours of time, and it allows them to better serve their patients in many areas, including patient recalls and reactivations. At Pharmafusion we don’t focus on creating reports per se. Rather, we focus on critical business functions, then develop the reports to help our clients address those critical business functions and provide real business insights.
