Telemedicine App (Mobile)
We are excited to announce the new AdvancedMD Telemedicine app that is part of the upcoming Telemedicine feature. Patients will be able to use the new AdvancedMD Telemedicine app to meet with their provider online when a Telemedicine appointment has been scheduled. The patient downloads the Telemedicine app and enters an appointment code to sign in to a scheduled telemedicine session.
Note: The practice creates the telemedicine appointment and a confirmation email is sent to the patient with the appointment code. The email can take up to thirty minutes to be sent to the patient. See the Telemedicine help file in PM for more information.
