New Appointment Scheduler (PM)
We are pleased to present the new Appointment Scheduler with improved layout, design, and workflow. You can also now use the new Appointment Scheduler in Internet Explorer®, Google Chrome™, and Safari® browsers. The new Appointment Scheduler will be rolled out in stages in the coming weeks. These improvements include:

• Sleek, updated look and feel throughout the Appointment Scheduler, including new and updated icons
• Enhanced Appointment Menu
• Enhanced Appointment Card
• Updated Make/Edit Appointment screen
• New Left Pane for managing patient demographics, scheduling appointments, viewing
  patient statuses, and a more robust patient search
• Enhanced Wait List capabilities
• Enhanced Find Appointment Feature

As we transition to the new Appointment Scheduler you will still be able to access the legacy Appointment Scheduler.

Video Training Library (PM)
The following PM videos have been added to the Video Training Library:

• Scheduling Workflow – Prior to Patient Visit (6:26)

  Efficient scheduling enables your practice to see the most patients as possible in a single day. AdvancedScheduling offers a great multitude of tools that will empower
  your office and enhance its workflow. In this video we will go over how to quickly add new patients into the system, schedule and move appointments, add a patient to the
  wait list, and confirm appointments. We will also see how to print charge slips in preparation for the next day’s appointments.

• Scheduling Workflow – Day of Patient Visit (6:13)

  Scheduling is an indispensable part of running an efficient practice. The scheduler enables your practice to easily manage your day-to-day appointments. Additionally you can easily create and modify recurring appointment series and view conflicts and create exceptions to appointment series. You can also view scheduled appointments filtered by provider. In this video we will go over how to check a patient in and out, create and reschedule a recurring appointment series, complete a hold appointment type override, use the provider view, and how to print a charge slip for an individual patient appointment.

• Scheduler Customization (6:36)

  Scheduling is an indispensable part of running an efficient practice. Adequate setup of the scheduler can improve your practice’s workflow by being able to quickly see when the provider is available or will be out of the office or when certain types of appointments should be scheduled. In this video we will cover how to update an online
  charge slip to link to appointment types, add a new provider column, and how to create new blocks and holds on the scheduler.
