New Products & Features

We are excited to announce the addition of report descriptions and sample report images for all standard reports in the new Report Center. Additionally, the Saved Report Settings and Report Sets have a new look and display on the associated report screen.

Report Center (PM)
When you hover over the name of any standard report, a tool tip displays the report description with suggestions on how the report can add value to your practice.

The standard report help files have been updated with new report descriptions, and sample reports.

When you save settings for a report, the name of the saved settings now displays in a list at the top of the associated report screen.

CBO (PM)
We have added an Office Key drop-down list to the CBO Confirm Appointment screen. The Office Key drop-down list can be used to change keys on the Confirm Appointments screen.

You can now add saved settings via a Report Sets pop-up window within the report screen.

Dashboard (PM) We are excited to announce our new Coming Soon overlay, which will display when you first log in to PM. The overlay announces features and that will be available soon.

We have updated the patient portal to streamline account creation, password resetting, and the login process. System Defaults (PM)
We have added a new system default, Show What’s New Presentation, so you can turn on or off the Coming Soon Overlay.

AdvancedPatient (PM/EHR/Mobile)
We have added Option Group controls to Patient Form Templates. The Option Group controls allow you to select one of two or more options.

We are excited to announce that we have updated the ERA Rules master file with functionality to include a next action with a custom rule. Next actions dictate what will occur next as part of the rule.
