Provider List View Added to Mobile Schedule
We have added a Provider List View to the mobile application Schedule. Just like in PM Scheduler, this view provides a concise summary of a provider’s appointments in a list with filtering and sorting capabilities.
Use the Filter to select providers and facilities to display in the list.
Schedule and Start Telehealth Calls on Mobile
Our new unified Telehealth platform is now available for providers on mobile devices. You can easily schedule Telehealth appointments in the New Appointment screen, as well as view upcoming appointments and start calls from the new Provider List View of the Schedule. These Telehealth features work just like they do in PM and EHR. Additional mobile functionality will be released in future enhancements.
Telehealth role permissions, system settings, and payment options must be set up in PM prior to use on mobile. Refer to the Telehealth Overview help file for setup instructions.
Telehealth is a replacement for our current Telemedicine module, which will be sunset on December 31, 2022.
