Patient Portal Details Report
We have added a new report, Patient Portal Details, to help you manage your Patient Portal accounts. You can use this report to:

  • Generate a list of active Patient Portal accounts
  • Determine which accounts need an invitation to the Patient Portal
  • Identify disabled accounts
  • List accounts that are locked out

Note: This report is only available if the Patient Portal feature is enabled.
Go to Reports | Patient Listings | Patient Portal Status.

Column Appointments Report
We have added the patient’s Preferred Phone to the landscape view of the Column Appointments report.

Meaningful Use and Advancing Care Information Report Updates
We have updated the following reports to include Electronic Prescriptions for Controlled Substances (EPCS) for the Meaningful Use Modified Stage 2 and Advancing Care Information Electronic Prescribing measure:

  • Meaningful Use
  • Meaningful Use Detail
  • Advancing Care Information
  • Advancing Care Information Detail

Note: Controlled substances will only be included in the reports if:

  • Your license key has the EPCS feature enabled
  • The prescription was prescribed by the eligible clinician during the reporting period
  • The eligible clinician has sent at least one controlled substance electronically

Billing (PM)

Period Close Screen
You can now close a period on the last day of the calendar month or seven days prior to the end of the month. This extra seven days allows you to account for holidays and other outlying cases.

Previously you could only close the period the 1st day of the new month.
