Already registered for Evo18? Build the agenda for you and your staff to maximize your time at Evo18. Here are the instructions on selecting your sessions.

Dress in business casual.
We recommend comfortable and professional attire, as well as good walking shoes for the entire event. Temperatures in Salt Lake City during the first part of October are range between 61-69°F. The days can cool quickly during October.
Meals are included.
Your registration includes lunch and breaks. Wednesday we will have a networking reception and Friday evening you’ll be treated to a spectacular evening buffet of heavy appetizers, drinks, entertainment and fun.
Bring a laptop.
Many of the sessions will be hands-on learning events. Bring a laptop or iPad to work along side the instructor and to take notes.

Come spend some one-on-one time with your EvoExperts. They can assist with any support need you may have. Meetings are free and include hands-on training and troubleshooting, demos, and presentations by AdvancedMD experts. You’ll also have the opportunity to review new tools and work directly with our Professional Services team. Open Tuesday – Friday, 8:am to 6:pm, Saturday will be by appointment only.

Earn CME & CEU credits at Evo18.
Attendees of Evo18 may be eligible for CEU (continuing education credits) for attending certain classes. For those practices with staff that is a part of MGMA, we’ve worked out an arrangement for you to apply for ACMPE CEU credits after attending Evo18!
Physicians: you can earn CME (continuing medical education). Billers, coders and office managers: you can earn CEU (continuing education credits).
ACMPE participants may individually apply for continuing education credit for Evo18, if the content relates to one or more of the six management domains in The Body of Knowledge for Medical Practice Management as determined by the member ACMPE provides hour-per-hour credit (actual clock hours) subtracting time-spent for lunches and breaks.
If you take advantage of all the CME and CEU options we have available at Evo18, you can more than cover the cost of the entire trip! We’ve created as much CEU-eligible content as possible to help you get the most from your educational experience. By attending Evo18, you can earn up to 10 hours of continuing education from MGMA, AAPC and the American Medical Association. No matter your role in your practice, you’ll find there are applicable courses to you. These courses have a range of content from coding and billing to handling denials.
- AAPC: There are six sessions focused on certified coders. You can earn one hour of CEU per course through the AAPC.
- MGMA: If you or your staff is part of MGMA, we’ve worked out an arrangement for you to apply for ACMPE CEU credits after attending Evo18. ACMPE participants may individually apply for continuing education credit from Evo18.
Does MGMA accredit programs for external organizations, such as Evo18?
This decision was reached as a result of member and board review of MGMA programs, including continuing education procedures and applies to all programs other than national MGMA programs.

Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event you can’t make it to Evo18, we will refund your full registration fees up through August 15. After this date, we will refund 50% of your registration fee.
Travel/Parking Options
Did you book your stay at the Hilton? The Hilton Salt Lake City Center is walking distance to the Salt Palace venue.
Driving – the Salt Palace has parking with entrances at 3 locations
Fee – averages about $14 a day
Parking is also available directly across the street from the ‘Salt Shaker’ Entrance off West Temple.

Paid street parking is for a maximum of 2 hours, Monday – Friday
