We have set a limit for appointment reminder text messages at 300 characters to help you manage the length of text messages. Long messages, over 160 characters, might be split by phone carriers and can arrive out of order.

Scheduler (PM/EHR)

We have updated the Checked In/In Office icon in the PM and EHR Scheduler to a solid circle to delineate it from the Check In Appointments icon. Previously all used the same icon.
