Period Close Screen
You can now close a period on the last day of the calendar month or seven days prior to the end of the month. This extra seven days allows you to account for holidays and other outlying cases.
Previously you could only close the period the 1st day of the new month.

MIPS – Advancing Care Information Reports
We have added two new reports, Advancing Care Information(ACI) and Advancing Care Information Detail, to the Report Center. Use the ACI reports as needed to assess the progress of an eligible clinician’s performance for the ACI performance category under the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).

Appointment Reminders
We have enhanced AdvancedPatient Appointment Reminder setup with a default email address. If you do not designate an Administrative Email Address for your Appointment Reminders, the system will use a default value of [email protected].
Important Note: The email address, [email protected], does not accept replies. To receive email replies from appointment reminders, enter an email address that is monitored by your office staff.
