Appointment reminders

AdvancedPatient (PM)
We are excited to announce patients can now confirm and cancel appointments by replying to AdvancedPatient™ Appointment Reminder emails and text messages. This automates and improves the process of confirming and canceling appointments, saving time for front office staff and giving patients a quick and easy way to manage their appointments.

Patient demographics (PM)

We have added a new Additional MRN (Medical Record Number) field to Patient Demographics.

Lookup screens (PM)

We have updated the Patient and Responsible Party search functionalities to now consider all phone number fields in a patient’s record when performing a search by telephone number. Previously, the system would only consider the Home phone number field when searching for a patient by telephone number.

Marketing list detail

Reports (PM)
We have added a new option to the parameters in the Marketing List Detail report to allow you to include the patients’ email in the report.


Master Files (PM)
We have added the ability to scroll through carriers in the Carriers master file. New arrows allow you to scroll forward or back alphabetically based on the carrier Code.

Default reports

AdvancedInsight (AI/PM)
We have added 25 new default reports. With the recent addition of the Payment Reason Code data fields, we are now providing several new default reports specifically created to use this data. Other new default reports have been added in response to users’ requests.

Enhanced version 2

Benchmarking (AI/PM)
We are excited to announce the release of the improved AdvancedBenchmarking™ feature. The all-new Benchmarking Version 2 has a focused, easy to understand interface. With the AdvancedBenchmarking analysis tool, you can compare your financial performance in industry-standard metrics against the metrics of peers in your specialty.

Prescriptions (PM/EHR)

We are excited to announce a new Pharmacy Savings Plan that displays and prints medication guides, coupons, and other patient benefits for qualifying medications.

Template controls (EHR)

We are excited to announce that over the next few weeks we will be rolling out a new calculation value field, in option group and drop-down controls, where you can assign a value used in calculations on a patient note. Claims Center (PM)
We have renamed the Void button in Claim Inspector to Void Visit to clarify that when you click the button the entire visit is voided with all of the charges, and you cannot post any new charges to the visit.
